Welcome to How Much is That House? In this new monthly feature, we spotlight some sales that trusted local Realtors are particularly proud of.

For our first column, we’re looking at three high-end ultra-lux homes on the high—and high HIGH end—of what is being bought and sold in Metro Vancouver.
