Amazing recreational property on beautiful Chisel Lake in the North Cariboo region near Bowron Lakes Provincial Park. This unique & scenic property is the ONLY property on the Lake; a naturally stocked lake (1.1 kms long) with an abundance of Rainbows. Cabin sits on 2.94 mostly cleared acres & within it you will find a charming interior with a small kitchen with wood cookstove, living room, bedroom, sun deck & lakeside deck (recently covered) where you can cast your rod right out into the lake. Updates in past few years ... replaced both front windows, boat launch added, sanded and painted exterior, covered the front deck, added a wash station by creek/ fridge! Access to the property is via a seasonal 10 km stretch of forest service road. Great snowmobiling! (id:44056)
