His excellence is reflected in the numerous MLS® Awards he has received from the Victoria Real Estate Board, including Gold awards from 2014-2017, 2019, and 2021-2024, placing him in the top 10% of Greater Victoria REALTORS® for sales volumes. His creative marketing strategies and forward-thinking business tactics are crucial in the strategic planning of the brokerage and the development of the Clover brand, especially when working alongside David Logan.

A graduate of St. Michaels University School and the University of Victoria, where he earned a Bachelor of Science, Ole’s local roots provide him with an intimate understanding of the distinct neighborhoods, cultures, and buildings that define our city. His extensive travel and work abroad have equipped him to navigate and appreciate cultural, ethnic, and economic diversity, enriching his professional and personal perspective. When he’s not immersed in real estate, Ole loves adventuring with his wife Genevieve, planning home renovations, exploring the local food scene, and staying fit.

Hannah is a REALTOR® with deep roots in Fairfield, having grown up in the neighbourhood. Born in the Bahamas with experience abroad studying and living in both Cuba and Australia, she proudly brings a depth of business background and international perspective to her real estate clients and career.

A passion for business led Hannah to pursue a Bachelor of Commerce in Entrepreneurship and Service Management at the Gustavson School of Business. She also holds a Certificate in Spanish Language and Cultural Proficiency and has been recognized with scholarships from her exceptional work.

Hannah has successfully worked in sales, marketing, and service roles that have helped her develop exceptional communication and listening skills—strengths which provide a strong platform when guiding clients through their real estate transitions. She has been a national top-ranked sales record holder and has deep marketing experience. Her love for real estate has been honed over many years; her family has a background in property management and sales both in Victoria and the Bahamas. It is fitting she has joined Clover and our Sales Team – The Folio Group.

She loves Victoria and all it has to offer: downtime is spent on fitness, running, surfing at Sombrio Beach, and trying out the best restaurants in Victoria with friends.

William is originally from New Westminster, BC but moved to Toronto at a very young age. His family eventually returned to the West Coast and put roots down in North Vancouver. After completing his studies in business and philosophy at Capilano University, William became interested in the study of wine and worked to achieve his Sommelier accreditation. His appreciation of wine and entrepreneurial spirit led him to open a restaurant in Vancouver. The most valuable skill William learned through ownership was adaptability; the old saying, ‘anything that can go wrong, will go wrong,’ is especially true in a restaurant. Being adaptable and able to find solutions quickly to issues has translated well into his real estate career.

Family life and becoming a father created a desire to shift focus and help guide people through their own real estate journey, and William and his family relocated and put roots down in Victoria. He committed himself to excellence as a Realtor and focused on providing exceptional service for his clients. He takes pride in helping the community build their future by securing their dream home. That commitment to excellence, superior communication, plus valuing teamwork makes William an excellent addition to our Sales Team – The Folio Group.

To relax in his free time, you may find him walking the pathways along Dallas Road, playing a round of mini golf with his daughter, or out sharing good food and wine with family and friends.
