Manpreet Kandola

A multi-award winning REALTOR with both the Victoria Real Estate Awards and RE/MAX. Manpreet studied Business at SFU before moving to Victoria. A firm believer in education, Manpreet hopes to go back to school and complete his MBA before age of 40.

Prior to completing his real estate course in 2006, Manpreet was Operations Manager of a commercial carpentry company doing many large scale projects in Victoria, including Tuscany Village, Thrifty Foods, and the Berwick House of Royal Oak.

As a 3rd generation builder, Manpreet is familiar with development, zoning, rezoning, renovations and construction. He also has experience in sales, management, insurance, contracting, development and being a small business owner.

Manpreet believes that his experience and background gives him an edge in truly understanding the real estate market and his clients needs. Manpreet's client's include experienced developers, builders, business owners, and investors.

Manpreet prides himself on his high level of customer service and recognizes that only top tier service is what should be provided. Having said that, Manpreet makes himself available 7 days a week to meet your real estate needs.
