He received a Bachelor of Arts degree through the University of British Columbia, where he played varsity football for the “Blue and Gold”. In 2007, he obtained his real estate license, and a year later, established the Eli Mavrikos Collective. His ongoing involvement in community associations and sports teams on Vancouver Island has helped him to establish a large network of associates and friends who, along with his large Greek family, have all contributed to his success in Victoria’s competitive real estate industry.
Eli takes pride in building relationships with his clients. He believes that the key to a seamless, successful and positive transaction is based on mutual trust, respect and open communication. Through his professional but relaxed, no-pressure approach to buying and selling real estate, Eli works with his clients, keeping them informed throughout the entire process.

Adia Mavrikos
Continuous Learning has been one of Adia’s passions since childhood. Adia became a Ch...Continuous Learning has been one of Adia’s passions since childhood. Adia became a Chartered Accountant (CPA) after graduating with a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Victoria in 2004.
Adia joins Eli Mavrikos Collective as a Realtor and Development Analyst. She personally believes that professionalism, integrity, and trust are the pillars of a successful real estate transaction.
Early on in her career, Adia worked for one the world’s leading professional accounting firms in Victoria. In 2008, Adia accepted a position in municipal government and as Director of Finance, developed a wealth of local government knowledge including: In-depth understanding of municipal bylaws, rezoning, the development permit process, municipal taxation and local politics.
Adia was born in Saskatchewan and with her mother and younger brother, moved to Victoria as a young child. She grew up in Fairfield and as a teenager she was deeply involved in sports, specifically wrestling. Participating in competitive events honed her tenacity, work ethic and taught her the importance of being a team player.
Adia and Eli were married in 2007 and have three small children. Adia continues to pursue physical fitness and enjoys spending time with her family outdoors. She serves on a volunteer board as the treasurer of the Victoria Integration Society.

Ria was born and raised in Victoria, where she grew up involved in many local team spor...Ria was born and raised in Victoria, where she grew up involved in many local team sports and has established a large social network in the community. A graduate of Western University, Ria earned a bachelor’s degree in business management. After returning home to Victoria, Ria helped to lead one of Victoria’s most successful restaurant franchises for many years before pursuing her interest in real estate sales and investments.
Ria continued her studies and recently earned a diploma in Urban Land Economics with a brokerage specialization from the University of British Columbia. Her strong business background combined with her market knowledge of Victoria and surrounding areas are important factors in assisting clients to make informed decisions regarding their real estate transactions. Ria’s attention to detail, adaptable nature, and professionalism will ensure that her clients receive superior service.

Arianna Mavrikos
Arianna joined Eli Mavrikos Collective in 2011 and in that time, the real estate world ...Arianna joined Eli Mavrikos Collective in 2011 and in that time, the real estate world is something she has quickly grown to love. Arianna obtained her Real Estate License in 2016 and works as a realtor and as our in-house executive associate.
Arianna is solidly embedded in the community of Victoria where she was born and raised, completing her high school education at Glenlyon Norfolk School. In 2011, Arianna graduated from Queen’s University with a Bachelor of Arts degree (honours) in Health Studies and Psychology. Arianna also holds a Post-Graduate Certificate in Public Relations from Ryerson University.
Since graduation, Arianna has worked in a variety of positions, where she has developed professional relationships and expanded her knowledge of Canada’s health sector and the business community, including a supervisor role at The Royal Victoria Yacht Club where she established friendships with members from all over the city. Her expertise in social media and communications has been a truly valuable asset to the Collective both on and offline.
Arianna spends many hours volunteering and is part of a local non-profit community organization called The Dahlia Society. In her spare time she enjoys exploring the island, especially Tofino, and spending time with her family and friends.
