Rhys Duch is no stranger to a little friendly competition. Born and raised in Oak Bay, Brendan has a strong knowledge of the properties and neighbourhoods throughout the South Island Region. Sports have played a large role in Brendan’s life, which afforded him baseball scholarships at colleges in Texas and Oregon. Brendan returned to Victoria to complete his degree in Marketing. While at school, Brendan worked in the service industry as a natural fit for his outgoing personality. In addition, Brendan was the head of marketing for a University of Victoria start-up. Karl left the CAF in 2017 to focus on his family and support his wife in pursuing her career as a surgeon. Together they moved to beautiful Victoria, BC which had always had been a dream of theirs. Eli Mavrikos was born and raised in Victoria BC and currently lives in Oak Bay with his wife, Adia, three young children, and their dog, Gio.

In 2007, he obtained his real estate license, and a year later, established the Eli Mavrikos Collective. His ongoing involvement in community associations and sports teams on Vancouver Island has helped him to establish a large network of associates and friends who, along with his large Greek family, have all contributed to his success in Victoria’s competitive real estate industry.

Adia was born in Saskatchewan and with her mother and younger brother, moved to Victoria as a young child. Adia and Eli were married in 2007 and have three small children. Adia continues to pursue physical fitness and enjoys spending time with her family outdoors. She serves on a volunteer board as the treasurer of the Victoria Integration Society.

Ria was born and raised in Victoria, where she grew up involved in many local team sports and has established a large social network in the community. A graduate of Western University, Ria earned a bachelor’s degree in business management. After returning home to Victoria, Ria helped to lead one of Victoria’s most successful restaurant franchises for many years before pursuing her interest in real estate sales and investments.

Ria continued her studies and recently earned a diploma in Urban Land Economics with a brokerage specialization from the University of British Columbia. Her strong business background combined with her market knowledge of Victoria and surrounding areas are important factors in assisting clients to make informed decisions regarding their real estate transactions. Arianna joined Eli Mavrikos Collective in 2011 and in that time, the real estate world is something she has quickly grown to love. Arianna obtained her Real Estate License in 2016 and works as a realtor and as our in-house executive associate.

Arianna is solidly embedded in the community of Victoria where she was born and raised, completing her high school education at Glenlyon Norfolk School. In 2011, Arianna graduated from Queen’s University with a Bachelor of Arts degree (honours) in Health Studies and Psychology. Arianna also holds a Post-Graduate Certificate in Public Relations from Ryerson University.

Since graduation, Arianna has worked in a variety of positions, where she has developed professional relationships and expanded her knowledge of Canada’s health sector and the business community, including a supervisor role at The Royal Victoria Yacht Club where she established friendships with members from all over the city. Arianna spends many hours volunteering and is part of a local non-profit community organization called The Dahlia Society. In her spare time she enjoys exploring the island, especially Tofino, and spending time with her family and friends.
