Hannah is a REALTOR® with deep roots in Fairfield, having grown up in the neighbourhood. Born in the Bahamas with experience abroad studying and living in both Cuba and Australia, she proudly brings a depth of business background and international perspective to her real estate clients and career.

A passion for business led Hannah to pursue a Bachelor of Commerce in Entrepreneurship and Service Management at the Gustavson School of Business. She also holds a Certificate in Spanish Language and Cultural Proficiency and has been recognized with scholarships from her exceptional work.

Hannah has successfully worked in sales, marketing, and service roles that have helped her develop exceptional communication and listening skills—strengths which provide a strong platform when guiding clients through their real estate transitions. William is originally from New Westminster, BC but moved to Toronto at a very young age. His family eventually returned to the West Coast and put roots down in North Vancouver. After completing his studies in business and philosophy at Capilano University, William became interested in the study of wine and worked to achieve his Sommelier accreditation. His appreciation of wine and entrepreneurial spirit led him to open a restaurant in Vancouver. The most valuable skill William learned through ownership was adaptability; the old saying, ‘anything that can go wrong, will go wrong,’ is especially true in a restaurant. Being adaptable and able to find solutions quickly to issues has translated well into his real estate career.

Family life and becoming a father created a desire to shift focus and help guide people through their own real estate journey, and William and his family relocated and put roots down in Victoria. Julie brings a lifetime of knowledge to every client who makes Victoria their home. Born and raised in B.C.’s beautiful capital city, she has been involved in property and real estate since 2011. She attended St. Michael’s University School in Victoria before moving out east to further her studies at the University of Western Ontario where she earned a Bachelor’s degree with Honours in Urban Development.

Growing up in a family involved in the property development business, Julie was naturally inspired to pursue a career in the industry. After graduation, she returned to Victoria and worked with local developers and Realtors, selling and marketing various condominium projects. Later, she joined Strategic Consulting where she was responsible for researching and preparing market reports for the Vancouver condominium market. The entrepreneur in Julie led her to open the Electric Juice Bar which she managed for six years, even expanding to three stores before selling the business to focus on her young family and the charities she was involved in.

Born and raised in Oak Bay, Brendan has a strong knowledge of the properties and neighbourhoods throughout the South Island Region. Sports have played a large role in Brendan’s life, which afforded him baseball scholarships at colleges in Texas and Oregon. Brendan returned to Victoria to complete his degree in Marketing. While at school, Brendan worked in the service industry as a natural fit for his outgoing personality. In addition, Brendan was the head of marketing for a University of Victoria start-up. Karl grew up in Williams Lake, BC. He joined the Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) after high school, moving East to study at the Royal Military College of Canada in Kingston, where he obtained a French language profile, a BA with history Major, and Captained the Men’s Soccer team. Throughout his 15 years of service, he lived across Canada, achieved the rank of captain, flew tactical helicopters, and was employed in strategic planning roles.

Karl left the CAF in 2017 to focus on his family and support his wife in pursuing her career as a surgeon. Together they moved to beautiful Victoria, BC which had always had been a dream of theirs. Karl went back to school and obtained an MBA at the University of Victoria, specializing in sustainable innovation. The MBA program helped Karl identity new interests: market research, brand strategy, and business planning. He began working as a consultant with expertise in these areas for small businesses and non-profit organizations.

Eli Mavrikos was born and raised in Victoria BC and currently lives in Oak Bay with his wife, Adia, three young children, and their dog, Gio.

He received a Bachelor of Arts degree through the University of British Columbia, where he played varsity football for the “Blue and Gold”. In 2007, he obtained his real estate license, and a year later, established the Eli Mavrikos Collective. His ongoing involvement in community associations and sports teams on Vancouver Island has helped him to establish a large network of associates and friends who, along with his large Greek family, have all contributed to his success in Victoria’s competitive real estate industry.

Continuous Learning has been one of Adia’s passions since childhood. Adia became a Chartered Accountant (CPA) after graduating with a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Victoria in 2004.

Adia joins Eli Mavrikos Collective as a Realtor and Development Analyst. She personally believes that professionalism, integrity, and trust are the pillars of a successful real estate transaction.

Early on in her career, Adia worked for one the world’s leading professional accounting firms in Victoria. In 2008, Adia accepted a position in municipal government and as Director of Finance, developed a wealth of local government knowledge including: In-depth understanding of municipal bylaws, rezoning, the development permit process, municipal taxation and local politics.

Adia was born in Saskatchewan and with her mother and younger brother, moved to Victoria as a young child. She grew up in Fairfield and as a teenager she was deeply involved in sports, specifically wrestling. Participating in competitive events honed her tenacity, work ethic and taught her the importance of being a team player.

Adia and Eli were married in 2007 and have three small children. Adia continues to pursue physical fitness and enjoys spending time with her family outdoors. She serves on a volunteer board as the treasurer of the Victoria Integration Society.

Ria was born and raised in Victoria, where she grew up involved in many local team sports and has established a large social network in the community. A graduate of Western University, Ria earned a bachelor’s degree in business management. After returning home to Victoria, Ria helped to lead one of Victoria’s most successful restaurant franchises for many years before pursuing her interest in real estate sales and investments.

Ria continued her studies and recently earned a diploma in Urban Land Economics with a brokerage specialization from the University of British Columbia. Arianna joined Eli Mavrikos Collective in 2011 and in that time, the real estate world is something she has quickly grown to love. Arianna obtained her Real Estate License in 2016 and works as a realtor and as our in-house executive associate.

Arianna is solidly embedded in the community of Victoria where she was born and raised, completing her high school education at Glenlyon Norfolk School. Mike Hartshorne isn't just passionate about helping people find homes; it's practically in his DNA.
